The objectives of this research are to identify gaps in the current system of reporting human rights violations (HRVs); make reporting HRVs accessible, convenient, effective, and safe for any community, anywhere in the Philippines; and provide a system of reporting that will ensure access to information as to the
status of the HRV case by all concerned agencies, partners, and the complainants, as well as the actions taken.
